Where do orders ship from?

Most of our hand-picked items are packed by our family in Lubbock, Texas and ship within 1–3 business days. A few products come from trusted suppliers and ship directly from their warehouses — we label those as "Shipped by supplier" on the product page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — standard US shipping is free on orders over $35. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your cart and address.

How long does delivery take?

Once a package leaves, US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as each package ships.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Because we mix items shipped from our home with supplier and print-on-demand items, an order with different product types may arrive in more than one package. You'll get separate tracking for each one — and we'll give you a heads-up in the cart before checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping matters to you, drop us a note — we'd love to know.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes. As soon as you check out, Shopify sends an order confirmation to the email you used. If you don't see it, check spam — and if it's still missing, email hello@sensorii.org.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a separate email with tracking info as soon as each package ships. Orders with items from multiple sources will get more than one tracking email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We try our best. Email us at hello@sensorii.org as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn't been packed or sent to a supplier yet, we can usually update or cancel it.

What happens if something I ordered is out of stock?

On rare occasions a supplier item sells out between when you order and when we go to fulfill. If that happens, we'll email you right away and offer a swap or a refund — your call.

What comes in a mystery box?

Each box is a curated mix of squishies, fidgets, or sensory finds — the lineup changes based on what we have in stock. Every box is different and that randomness is the whole point.

Is every box really different?

Yes. We hand-pack them to make sure no two boxes are identical. Even within the same size, the combination varies.

Are there rare or ultra-rare items?

Some of our mystery boxes include a small chance of a rare or holographic item. When that's the case, we say so on the product page along with the rough odds.

What if I get duplicates?

Within a single box we do our best to keep duplicates rare. If you order more than one box, some overlap is possible — that's part of the surprise.

Mystery boxes are generally suited for kids 5+ and adults. Small parts can be a choking hazard, so always supervise younger children.

Can mystery boxes be returned?

Unopened mystery boxes can be returned within 30 days. Once a box has been opened, it's final sale — but if it arrived damaged or with a missing item, send a photo within 14 days and we'll make it right.

How do you pick the products?

Honestly? We use them in our own home first. If it doesn't earn a spot in our kids' rotation, it doesn't earn a spot in the shop. We look for comfort, calm, focus, fidget, and squish — things that bring a little ease to an ordinary day.

Age guidance varies by product. Each product page lists a recommended age range when relevant. As a general rule, items with small parts are not safe for children under 3.

Some smaller items are not safe for young children. We flag choking hazards directly on the product page when applicable. Please supervise young kids during play.

Many families tell us our products bring them comfort, support focus during work or study, and offer a calming sensory break. Everyone's experience is different — we like to think of these as everyday support, not a cure-all.

No. Sensorii products are made for comfort, focus, calm, fidget, and sensory play — not for medical treatment. If you're looking for clinical support, please talk to a qualified professional.

Is your merch made to order?

Yes. Our shirts, hoodies, hats, and community designs are printed fresh for each order through our print partner — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.

Who prints your merch?

We use Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. They print, pack, and ship merch from their facilities.

Will merch ship separately from other items?

Often, yes. If your order has both merch and items from our home stock, they'll usually arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.

Each product page includes the sizing chart from our print partner. When in doubt, size up — most of our shirts run true to a slightly fitted cut.

Because each piece is made when you order it, made-to-order merch isn't eligible for change-of-mind returns. If it arrives with a print defect, wrong size, or damaged, contact us within 14 days for a reprint or refund.

We'll send you a mockup to approve. Once you give the thumbs up, your design goes live on the merch shop.

Yes. Approved designers get credit on the product page, a personal discount code, and a small cut of every sale of their design.

What designs can't you accept?

We can't accept artwork that infringes someone else's rights, includes hateful or inappropriate content, or features real children without consent. We'll let you know respectfully if a submission isn't a fit.

Who owns the artwork?
