Returns & refunds
If something isn't right, we want to know. Here's our return policy in plain language — no fine-print games.
Standard returns
You can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Customers cover return shipping unless the order was our mistake.
To start a return, email hello@sensorii.org with your order number and a quick note about why. We usually respond within one business day.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If anything arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — that's on us. Send a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund right away. You don't need to ship the broken item back.
Mystery box rules
Mystery boxes are part of the fun: every box is different, and that randomness is the whole point. Because of this, opened mystery boxes are final sale. We can't accept returns on a mystery box once the seal is broken.
If your mystery box arrives damaged or with a missing item, the damaged/incorrect policy above still applies — just send a photo.
Custom designs & print-on-demand merch
Custom and print-on-demand items (anything from our merch shop or custom design submissions) are made fresh for each order. They're not eligible for returns based on a change of mind.
If your printed item arrives with a print defect, wrong size, or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund it.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return (or approve a damaged-item refund), expect your refund to post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
