When you place an order or sign up for emails we collect things like your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment information (your card number) goes directly to Shopify, our checkout provider — we never see or store it.

When you visit the site we collect basic analytics like pages viewed and general location, so we can understand what's working and what's not.

To process and ship your order, send order updates, reply to messages, send occasional emails if you've opted in, and improve the shop.

We don't sell your information. Ever.

We share only what's necessary with the partners that help us run the business — Shopify (checkout, orders, and emails), our shipping carriers, our print-on-demand and dropship suppliers (so they can fulfill your order), and analytics providers that help us understand how the site is used.

We'll only email you marketing or new-product updates if you signed up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link in the footer. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) are separate and required to fulfill your order.

We use cookies and similar technologies for things like keeping your cart, securing checkout, and basic analytics. You can clear cookies any time through your browser settings.

You can request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@sensorii.org and we'll take care of it.

Sensorii is intended for adult shoppers buying products for themselves or their families. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
