Shipping

Most of our hand-picked sensory items — squishies, fidgets, mystery boxes, and gift bundles — are packed and shipped by our family from Lubbock, TX. We aim to get every home-stocked order out the door within 1–3 business days.

Some products in the shop come from trusted suppliers we've partnered with, and ship directly from their warehouses. We mark these as "Shipped by supplier" on the product page so there are no surprises. Supplier orders usually leave their warehouse within 2–5 business days.

Our branded merch (shirts, hats, hoodies, and community-submitted designs) is print-on-demand. Each piece is made when you order it, then shipped from the print partner. Allow about 5–7 business days for printing, plus shipping time.

Once a package leaves, US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. You'll get tracking by email as soon as each package ships.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. International shipping is something we'd love to offer down the road — if it matters to you, drop us a note.

Because we mix items from our home in Lubbock with supplier and print-on-demand items, an order with different product types may arrive in more than one package, on different days. That's normal — and you'll receive separate tracking for each package.

If your cart has items shipping from more than one place, you'll see a friendly heads-up in your cart before you check out.

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your cart. We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $35.
